Pauli, a part-time contractor for Westman & Associates and full-time Chief Executive Officer for the Water Quality Association (WQA) and Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF), is adept in driving innovation and transforming business cultures and operations. She is a well-connected and respected industry thought leader with 20 years of experience in biotech, biochemistry, toxicological risk management, as well as leading technical and regulatory analysis of water treatment technologies, standards, codes, and regulations in support of programs and services in the U.S., Canadian and other international regions.
As a recipient of the Association Forum’s 40 under 40 Award in 2016, Pauli was recognized as an association professional demonstrating high potential for success in leadership roles and exhibiting a strong commitment to the association management industry. Her dedication to staff engagement and establishing a positive culture within organizations has also been recognized through staff nomination and peer selection as the 2018 recipient of the Inspiring Leader Award from the Association Forum.
